All services are provided on a referral-only basis unless otherwise stated.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Consulting services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, funding, growth, or performance results.

You remain solely responsible for decisions, implementation, and outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of shared materials
• Use advice and materials lawfully and ethically

You may not misrepresent Cephus or its recommendations.

4. Payments and Fees

Fees are communicated in advance and governed by written proposals or agreements.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Cephus, including frameworks, documents, workflows, and strategies, remain the intellectual property of Cephus unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without written permission.

6. Communications (Email & SMS)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive operational, administrative, and engagement-related communications via email and SMS.

Message frequency varies. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

7. Third-Party Platforms (Including TikTok)

If you interact with Cephus content, links, or automations via third-party platforms (including TikTok), your use is also subject to those platforms' terms and privacy policies.

Cephus is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or third-party data handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cephus is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services or content.

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for services rendered.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, including for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
